Dayenne completed her master’s degrees in notarial law and private law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Since 2007 she has been working in notarial firms in the field of (cross-border) corporate law. Next to her work at Elements Legal, she is an auditor at The Royal Notarial Dutch Association of Civil Law Notaries (“KNB“).
She has gained experience working in various roles, such as deputy civil law notary and assigned civil law notary at numerous (law- and) notarial firms. As an assigned civil law notary at Elements Legal, her focus lies with all facets of corporate law for national as well as international clients.
