Ilona successfully completed her master’s degree in corporate law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. She gained experience working for several (large) law firms. As a senior legal associate at Elements Legal, Ilona advises clients on notarial corporate law aspects in both the national and the international legal practice, with special attention for M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and social entrepreneurship.
