Ilonka completed her master’s degree in notarial law at the University of Amsterdam in 2013. Ever since, she has been working as a deputy civil law notary. After a few years in the general practice, she decided to focus on all aspects in the field of (international) corporate law. In 2018 she finalized the vocational training for the notarial profession.
Ilonka has been working at Elements Legal as of June 2021, focussing on all aspects in the field of (international) corporate law. Ilonka has far-reaching experience in the field of national and international mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and social entrepreneurship.
