Ralph received his master’s degree in corporate law from Utrecht University. Since 2002 he has worked for various multidisciplinary law and tax advisory firms. Based on the conviction that notaries thrive best in a solitary, independent setting, he and his team started Elements Legal on October 1, 2018.
As a civil law notary at Elements Legal, Ralph gives legal advice on a wide range of corporate law aspects. More specifically, Ralph is specialised in M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and employee participation related matters.
Ralph completed the postgraduate training as legal mediator at the ADR Institute and was previously an auditor for The Royal Notarial Dutch Association of Civil Law Notaries (“KNB”).
