I often sing along loudly with my EarPods during the occasional less challenging task. You can do that here too. Some people just sing along, and if someone ever says you should keep quiet, you know it’s a joke. That's what I mean by convivial. And of course, there are also serious days when it's quieter, and sometimes we are tired, but we can then complain about it together extensively. And that's also really pleasant.
