This is what you will do;

Together with colleagues, you advise and assist our clients with:

mergers and acquisitions
establishing joint ventures
restructuring
investment rounds and more

You work directly with entrepreneurs, executives, and their advisors, such as lawyers, tax specialists, accountants, and corporate finance experts. No day is the same: the work is varied, challenging, and educational.

You are;

hold a legal master's degree, preferably in corporate law
have at least 2 years of work experience in legal practice (preferably at a law firm and/or notary office or as a legal counsel in a medium or large enterprise) and an affinity with corporate law
possess a proactive attitude; you do not wait but take the initiative yourself
have strong communication and social skills
are eager to learn, flexible, and precise
can work both independently and as part of a team
are proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
available for at least 32 hours
