Anja attained her Bachelor European Studies at the University of Amsterdam. After that Anja attained her master’s degree in International and European Law in 2020. During her studies she participated in the Amsterdam European Law Clinic and the notarial corporate law, practice in August 2020.
As a legal associate, she performs a broad range of services relating to national and international corporate law matters, including corporate housekeeping, setting up legal structures, drafting and amending articles of association and supporting and effecting acquisitions, restructuring operations, mergers and demergers.
