Shannon received her master’s degree in private law from the University of Amsterdam. After that she started to work in the notarial corporate law practice.
As a legal associate she performs a broad range of services relating to national and international corporate law matters, including corporate housekeeping, setting up legal structures, drafting and amending articles of association and supporting and effecting restructuring operations, mergers and demergers.
